Is it mandatory to have a US-based company via ATLAS to fully utilize all features of Connect?
No
When using Connect to sell on behalf of third parties in our marketplace, can we manage sales and subscriptions using the existing "Customer" profiles already linked to our current customer base? Or will a new "Customer" need to be created for each third-party author?
Yes can use existing Customer objects.
In the context of selling third-party products, how are these products created and managed, and who is responsible for the taxes related to the transactions?
This all depends on your integration really
Rewardfull: We aim to use the affiliate service of Rewardfull. We would like to know if the fees and taxes from this service can be deducted from products sold on behalf of third parties through our marketplace.
Sorry I don't know anything about Rewardfull so can't really speak to that.

Here's a few more questions.
1 - So, can I use ALL the features of Connect even with my company based in Brazil?
2 - Can I also allow the connected Seller to create the product and set prices in my Stripe account using the API?
3 - Is there an integration model where I only charge a fixed fee, plus a percentage from the connected seller for each subscription, but their taxes are their responsibility? And I only pay tax on the part I actually charged for the service?

No, there are some Connect features that are restricted to certain countries. Cross-border payouts, for example, are US only: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts
You can create a system that lets sellers do that. You would have to build it, though, and the sellers wouldn't be interacting directly with the Stripe API, they would interact with your system and, in turn, your system would interact with the Stripe API.
