No there's no directly way to do this. You have to use amount_percent on the Subscription itself.
But there may be some workarounds if you edit the Invoice created by the Subscription directly? Not sure: https://stripe.com/docs/api/invoices/update?lang=node#update_invoice-transfer_data-amount
