Do you mean when they connect to the Terminal reader or something else?

The terminal reader needs to have a static IP address on the dock. Thier network does not issue IP addresses.

Just taking a step back so we're on the same page. Are you working with the WisePOS E and the ethernet dock?

Hello! Hopping in here real quick - I don't think there's a way to specify the static IP for ethernet through the reader settings, but let me double check

Yeah it looks like static IP while using the ethernet dock isn't something we support right now - your best option would be to go to configure this on your router/network settings directly
