@fallen lance no we don't delete Customers automatically so this usually means you did, or it's related to an expired TestClock
yoni-customer-deletion
I don't see anything related in the Events and Logs tab in the dashboard
Is it possible that expired subscriptions were deleted and the related customer was removed after that? None of them were related to test clocks
Can you share your Customer id? I canhave a quick look (sorry Discord is quite busy so will take a bit of time)

That Customer was definitely associated with a TestClock
And TestClock expire and then all the related objects are deleted so that's expected
So if we define a subscription with a test clock on a customer that existed before, both the subscription and the customer will be deleted afterwards?
I mean that's impossible to do any of those. You have to create the Customer with the TestClock
We definitely didn't create the customer with a test clock - but they might have been associated with a subscription associated with a test clock
You 100% did this the way I explained. See https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/iar_2NjAbO6Uv2SC9G where you created that customer manually in the Dashboard for that TestClock
Sorry for not checking myself correctly - I'll see if I find another example of something unexpected.
We may have manually changed the customer ID in our test DB which caused the confusion
