If I own multiple stores that will use stripe, can I set the payout separately by "account" even if they are the same IBAN?

Or is it always one payout by IBAN? Meaning, all payments coming in will be paid out once by IBAN?

I don't entirely understand what you're trying to do. Do you have multiple Stripe Accounts? Are they connected in a single organization? Or are they entirely separate?

I want to set up 1 Stripe account, but accept payments from different websites. And based on the website where the revenue is generated, get the payout by site instead of creating separate stripe accounts.

From what I understand you want to use your Stripe Account on multiple websites. The only difference from a standard setup is that you will use the same Stripe keys in multiple apps. I don't think there's any other aspects to it.
