If you want to create a Subscripiton using the Payment Element, I recommend reading this documentation page that explains everything: https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/build-subscriptions?ui=elements

I did read it and from what I understand there is no need for payment intent but to create a subscription with the payment_behavior option set to default_incomplete and when payment is confirmed the status can change?
