If so, you'll want to use the top-up flow discussed here to pull those cash funds from your bank account to your Stripe account balance. Then you can use the funds in your balance to create a Transfer to your Connected Accounts.

I'm not sure I'm following. In this scenario, what is "the transaction"? I'm assuming that isn't a Payment Intent or another Stripe object since this is for a cash payment being made outside of Stripe.

yes, but even if the payment is out of Stripe, the plateform is CONNECT and the order is on the platform see what I mean ?
