Yeah you could absolutely do this. You can listen to our webhook events for payment success, cancellation, etc and then action upon those by calling your 3rd party service's api

So, it's possible to create a personalized template prior to recurring subscriptions being charged and send a subscription confirmation email post-cancellation by listening to the webhook events?

If so, is there any guides/resources I can look at to help with this?

Hello! I'm taking over and catching up...

We have guides for setting up webhooks to listen for Events that you would use for triggering the emails, but we don't cover the email part. That's something you handle on your end however you see fit.
