how can I find how that subscription was cancelled? I dont have any api that cancels that particular subscription

all I can see in logs is cancellation_requested

but is there a way to see if it was done via api and which api code?

Looks like the logs were cut off. But you set it to cancel at period end back in June via the api

And so it canceled in July
