It looks like the platform connected to that account doesn't have any connect webhooks on it - is that intentional?

What connect settings are you referring to?

You'd add a new connect webhook endpoint at https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks

You're already listening to account events but you created the wrong webhook type - you need to create a Connect webhook (see screenshot)

You could, but you'd need to add logic to be able to use the right webhook secret for signature verification depending on the event
