NOPE.

looks like Payment Plan invoicing can only be done manually

I'm sorry but I'm not sure how to help., you're asking high level product questions without enough context, mentioned you're not writing the code but using a CRM, have access to a beta which we never discuss publicly. they can look at your account, talk about your needs an then guide you better
