It's not a major problem it's just annoying

I changed the logic to only create the session right before it's needed instead of when the user starts investigating the identity product

Totally understand! I'm not readily finding a way for you to delete them, redaction seems to be the closest prebuilt thing we offer and I suspect that won't work for non-completed sessions. I would recommend reaching out to our Support team about this. If there is a flow to help clean those up, that is something they'd be more familiar with than we are.

And yes redaction is practically the same as canceled for a session with no info
