In this case we want to send the customer portal link by email and we are not sure if the customer will open the portal today or tomorrow. That's why the question how long the customer can open the URL 🙂

That's a bad practice. Instead, please send them a URL to your endpoint, that will create a new session and redirect the customer to a fresh URL every time. Then you don't need to worry about expiry.
