No, we can't assist with this. Faceit support will need to be the ones to help here
If anything, I'm not asking for a refund. I basically need to cancel the payment, unlink your payment method.
This isn't something we can help with. Stripe Support will route you to Faceit support as well, so it's best to work with Faceit on this
