Good question. How did you create the account? And are you getting stuck on the onboarding page because of a lack of email or are you getting stuck somewhere else?

im trying to use a Beta feature for acct_1MF26n2aA6B7Coa3 but was told by support that it is not working because the account hasn't been activated
it has been gated in but wont work until it has been activated
it was created using a call POST /accounts without any email etc

Have you tried using an account onboarding link with that account? https://stripe.com/docs/connect/standard-accounts#create-link
That would be the only way to fill out info that I know of API-wise. If support told you to create your account like this, it may be worth going back to them to get more info on this specific setup process
