Hello! 0.39 is not an integer, it's a decimal. An integer is a whole number.
Integer. A whole number with no decimal.
Stripe specifies amounts in the smallest currency unit.
Is that required to pass Integer?
If you're trying to specify 39¢ you need to specify 39.
Ohhh
If you want to specify $1 you would specify 100.
Meaning a fraction of a cent?
yes
You can't.
What if I want to do 3 cents?
