I'm seeing that the account is indeed payouts disabled so seems like a Dashboard bug

Okay, can you see why? It just says "Verify URL" but the URL is correct as far as I can see

And it says it's a "Future requirement"

So this is quite confusing if it's already disabled

Also no year on the due date, so maybe that's why it's confused, if it is past due and it was january 3 2023

Yeah it is disabled for URL. I don't really know much beyond that as we don't focus on verification stuff so I don't really know what is needed with regards to the URL. You are best off reaching out to Support about this and they can help clarify how to get this account back in a good state and they can file a bug report for the Dashboard.
