you're creating the account, you should already know what account type you're using since this is a required field : https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/create#create_account-type

I believe if you explicitly pass in the country when creating the Account : https://stripe.com/docs/api/accounts/create#create_account-country, there's no option to update/change the country when the connected account user accesses the Account Link (Stripe hosted Connect onboarding form) - but you'd want to test it out to be sure
