do you mean that you're sending the Account Link to the user at 14:50 pm for example, and the customer accesses it at 14:51 pm same day and the customer is seeing an error that the Account Link is expired?

or is the issue that the customer may access the Account Link at any time, and sometimes it may be after the Account Link has already expired?

the Account Link can only be accessed once. It's likely that whatever you're using to share the link with the user is "accessing" the link prior, to do something e.g. provide a preview
