Hello! What countries do you have enabled in your connect account settings for express? https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/connect/express
Transfers are a bit complicated - technically they're possible in non-US countries (if you're a US platform) through cross-border payouts (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts) but those require a receipient service agreement, not the full one
But let's go back to your original quesiton first
Do you have a screenshot of what yoru users are seeing in the onboarding flow? Do they see a country dropdown at all and they aren't able to click it?
when they go to onbording page, only available USA as country

Did you read the cross-border payouts link I sent to you first? That has a lot of important informatin on how to get that to work

You may not be able to do that if its not a supported country for recipients.
