Yep, I understand that and can see that myself. But this is not a technical/API issue which is the purpose of this server. This is an account related issue and this is not the appropriate channel to answer those related queries, nor am I trained in that area
I'd recommend reaching out to your account manager who had escalate accordingly
I would imagine somebody at your company has direct contact with them, but they're not available via Discord if that was what you were suggesting
