If you intend to use a re-usable payment link, you can really only pass a client reference ID:

Then that is populated on the checkout session and you can inspect it on the checkout.session.completed events

I could not find anywhere in the creation of the payment link to tell stripe the URL of the webhook. Does the payment link not support webhooks?
This is not specific to a specific payment link, its part fo your account configuration
