We are currently in AU, USA, and CA. Our business model is similar to airbnb. We use the charges api and payment intents api. We also use stripe connected accounts to pay our hosts. The issue we have is tracking where our customers are in our stripe accounts and also trying to avoid currency conversion fees.

I'm sorry, this is going to be a really complex set up and I'm not really sure how to help here because I need so much more information. Are you going to share customers and card details across regions? What's your intent here?

We would like to save our customers payment info in one account but then charge them from another account in order to avoid conversion fees

Okay then what you need to do is choose one account as the "umbrella account" where you save all customer and card details. And then whenever you need to you can "clone" the card details on one of the connected accounts if you need to charge them there https://stripe.com/docs/payments/payment-methods/connect
