If you opt out of collecting this info via PaymentElement (assuming you've collected this info somewhere else already) then you'd need to pass those in when confirming the payment

These fields are required one way or the other (either you collect it with Payment Element OR you collect it elsewhere and pass in it at confirmation) in order for the payment to succeed
