i am using US bank account and i am trying to verify it manually i received a link to verify but i don't have the code from bank.

in test mode there is no actual SMS sent

you'd use the values documented at https://stripe.com/docs/payments/ach-debit/accept-a-payment?platform=web&ui=API#test-microdeposit-amounts-and-descriptor-codes and enter those

e.g. you would enter 11AA into that code box to simulate success
