I am creating my own platform the agenda of the platform is when user signup i create customer account for that user. And want to get deposit from in this customer account. When user want to buy my product he transfers amount to my master stripe account . And when he want to sell product to me i'll return amount to customer account and then he withdraw to his another account.

How can i acheive this? Can you please help in this case?

There's no API to top up a connected account directly, you can only top up the platform, and transfer the funds to the connected account.
