@full jungle I would recommend to never use the Portal on behalf of Customers. You have access to the Stripe Dashboard and can do everything from there

OK- this is a custom Connect environment and our client (Connected account) doesnt have access to Stripe Dashboard. So this seemed like a reasonable way to give the Connected account access to their Customer portal. Would it still not be recommended?

I would still never ecommend that no. You would build this kind of actionable/cancellation UI yourself. Don't have the account owner "abuse this"
