Can you share a Customer ID here where you believe they weren't sent the Invoice?
Thanks for helping me out here! Sure! We have reached out two cus_ONtf5pK62mZojd and cus_OOyfM9a3KmSR0Z both telling us they've not received the (initial) invoice.

I've verified the "Customer details" page with some other customer accounts of us, i can find the Initial invoice under "Send emails". On, for example: cus_ONtf5pK62mZojd you can find only the reminder email here (because we've hit the Send invoice button again)..
That confirms my sucpicions a little bit..

@zenith axle if you have a ticket it's fine just use that email thread and the support team can help you
You think its somewhere stuck in the queue on Stripe's side? Is there a change Stripe can still release them or you thinks its better for me so send them manually for now? Because the first batch is from 1 september. Its a big amount of 150k.
