it's not recommended because it makes your platform liable for everything in terms of refunds/disputes, and with Standard accounts you don't have a lot of control/oversight over the sellers, and the Standard accounts don't get visibility of actual payments/customers, they only see the money you transfer to them

Is there a way to use Express accounts without the withdraw fee?

Or should I use Standard accounts and Direct Charges then? If I do that, is there the improvement that they see the actual payments/customers and fees?

ah ok, I would call that the Payout fee. But yes, that is part of using Express/Custom accounts.
