so we are checkout system, eg on swiggy there is a checkout option with company name twid

#

if user selects that option, customer gets redirected to our page

on our page we use PG's like stripe, razorpay as our PG for payment processing

#

now for cards since we are not storing cards and are not token requester ourselves

can we use stripe as TR in that case

I'm still not sure I understand your question, sorry.
With Stripe, you can collect payment information directly from customer, and then charge them. To do so, I recommend to read this guide: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/accept-a-payment
