yes, rezio informed that my account has issue
I have no idea what to do next or what information that I should submit
And no idea why I do not meet the Term of services (Stripe)

Okay, I understand what your team need to focus. But I give up on trying to reach out support and tried twice reaching them and only get auto-bot response in 24/7. In fact, there is no response back. Then, it's fine and if's possible, in technical, please kindly delete my account permanently.
