Hi, it's not permitted to add a test card on your Google Pay wallet. However, you can add a real card and use your test API keys using PaymentElement to pay with Google Pay. In this case, Stripe swaps your real card with our 4242 test card, https://stripe.com/docs/testing#cards-responses.
