In this invoice, how can i clear all previous charges keeping only the last one via api?

It's possible or i need to clear eveytime one by one?

You can see here there are 7+ charges going on

You can delete an invoice Item only if the invoiceItem isn't attached to an invoice or the invoice is in Draft Status:
