I'm beggning to think stripe is useless, I'm opening my showroom in less than a month and I'm needing to integrate this into my software, I might have to look elsewhere

So tell me this @river, if I actually went ahead and joined stripe and have a urgent issue when will I actually get support? within the month or year? The support is totally useless

The chat - are just the same as discord, they can't do much, phone - they never answer, email - again never answer
the only ones that can anwser something are the email
beause they are supposed to be the experts
the chat and phone juts refer you to email
Yes, but I think only 1 person works for the email, their support is terrible
