Oh you know what, I think I misunderstood what an early fraud warning was, I get emails sometimes saying there is an early fraud warning (which usually happens close to the charge) but according to this it happens when the customer actually files a complain and before a dispute (found this when I was getting. source for you). Maybe it just seems like disputes are happening really close to the customer actually filing the claim?
