Is there anywhere on Stripe website states how it is impossible for a merchant like Archie to be able to store the credit cards being colloected in Stripe?

I just need to be able to prove that Archie cannot see or store credit card numbers because of Stripe's process.

Well I can't say that they don't do that

Some merchants DO store credit card info themselves if they're pci compliant

They claim they don't and told us it's impossible for a company like them to see credit cards. They reference that it's like a black box.
