Note that you can't change the unit_amount of an existing price object, you need to create a new price and upgrade the existing subscriptions with the new price https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/upgrade-downgrade#changing

That's up to you but I'd highly recommend you communicate to your customer to prevent disputes.
