yes but i want to know which account to cut out while refunded?

Stripe or Connecte bank account or Both?
because i payout 500 in stripe account as commission and 500 will be connect bank account

i payout 1000 amount with application_fee in connect accounts, (application_fee - 500)

so what actual amount will be refunded?
