Hi, after a few mins if you call Refresh API again, what status does it give you?

It returns another success, with status pending, but the account balances are available in the response body

Still not receiving a webhook event however. I really don't want to have to build a loop checking for a balance with a sleep timer lol

It should emits the event once the status changed to succeeded. I think your logic is correct, it's just that the Test Account hasn't emit the event as you wanted

Is this a feature of the Test Account "StripeBank" last4: 6789? I can probably test this piece with a real bank in live mode if I need to, but I was hoping I wouldn't need to
