Well I have a stripe account and I live in the US and the website is hosted in the US.

You can use Stripe Connect for this, then your main account (Connect Platform) will be able to create a controlled (Connected) account in DR for your client.

So i shouln't encounter any issues since the company is in DR? I was just confused about what it meant by not supported

You can't create a separate Stripe account in DR, but you can create a Connected account in DR via Stripe Connect.
