I'm not sure how manual capture works in WooCommerce's plugin

but in all cases, I think what you need is more an installments feature rather than manual capture

which means you need to use SubscriptionSchedules

but as I said if you're using the official plugin we can't really help you because we don't have the exact knowledge of how it works there
