I am not passing any default values. When new card details are entered in card section as in the screenshot, the below link appears
The above link appears default, when a new card is entered then only below link is appearing.

It seems to create a Customer then create a PaymentIntent immediately follows
I didnt publish removing customer in my staging website

I create a simple PaymentElement, with a customer and couldn't see your link options. Could be my account because I test a lot of things.
