we are market place and we want to transfer amout to connect account
do we need bank details to move funds to their connect account
we want to create connect account for every seller that register to out platform
than transfer funds there
and then user can add bank details and transfer to bank

Each Connected Account has a balance, which works pretty much like "wallet" as you said. But eventually they will need to setup an external account for payout

we want that untill order is completed and buyer is satisfied than only can this amount can be fully used by selller to make payouts
