@raven steeple okay sorry about the delay. So what's the problem exactly? Right now it all looks normal to me, they tried to pay with Klarna, the payment fail, that's fairly normal it's just a decline right? What's the problem you have?

The sender said he contacted Klarna and he was informed that the invoice as attached to this message came from them. Therefore, the order must have worked. See attached. But on our end, the transaction failed and there was no payment.
