using the wrong API key to retrieve the Event, it's on account A but you use the keys from account B
using Connect and didn't realize the Event was on a connected account

the former. We're on Discord, you just shared a random Event id, I don't know who you are so I can't share that information with you here (but you shouldn't need this)

For event type payment_intent.created , does stripe create additional events ?

or it starts and stops with payment_intent.created event alone

PaymentIntent is a state machine so there are a lot of other Events. And depending on what your code does it can trigger multiple
