When you say allow country, what exactly do you mean?
Like accept payments from just one country?

I want that when the client pay on my Website he has to have France chosen in the country field

I believe if you set locale then the country is pre-selected

I haven't tested it myself though, would recommend trying it out in test mode

I don't think that's possible with checkout today, we don't allow disabling country selection on checkout

@weak nexus we don't know much about compliance and regulation for tax but if you use Stripe Tax, we would calculate the right tax to collect based on where the customer is located. See https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/taxes
