You don't need to set it to a customer, you can directly just pass it to the checkout session you create

When you create a checkout session, you can pass the custom field information by setting
invoice_creation.invoice_data.custom_fields parameter

Yes, I create the payment links on the dashboard and I add 2 custom fields but in the automatic invoice they don't appear.

Gotcha. Unfortunately, this isn't something we support via dashboard today.
You'll need to use the API. You'd likely want to hire a developer for this. That isn't something we can help with on this server. We have a partner directory here that you can look through
