Is your question why the payment failed, or why the email wasn't sent, or both?
actually why the mail was not sent. As I was expecting the mail would be sent, then I would approve with the link in the mail ... then I know that for 3d secure / Indian Cards specifically, the charge would happen after 26 hours .
I confirm that no emails was sent. Trying to fidgure out if that's expected or not.
