Well, It's used for ourselves and other customers

This parameter was originally given to us from Stripe, so we could define the transaction as MOTO and not Ecommerce and therefore prevent 3DS

I can't find this params in public API reference, I'd suggest you to reach out to your Stripe contact and clarify.
