did you do all of these steps?

  1. Download the _stripe.signingCertificateRequest_​ file from Stripe. (sounds like you've already done this)
  2. Log into your Apple Developer account.
  3. Go to "Certificates, IDs & Profiles"
  4. Under "Identifiers" at the left, click "Merchant IDs"
  5. If you haven't yet, create a merchant ID here for use with Apple Pay.
  6. Click the Merchant ID in the list you'd like to use with Stripe.
  7. Under "Payment Processing Certificates" click "Create Certificate":
  8. Say "NO" when asked your payments will be processed exclusively in China, then click Continue, then Continue again.
  9. Upload the CSR

This will create the type of certificate needed for use with Apple Pay on iOS.
